In a meticulously monitored fermentation process we developed extraordinary aromas that serve as the base for the products. The flavors of the kombuchas are inspired by Nordic nature. Ingredients like Hidcote Blue lavender or Rosa Rugosa beach roses make for a complex, luxurious tasting experience.
Double fermentation creates unique flavour increasing nuances the flavour composition

HIDCOTE BLUE

This variant is infused with Hidcote Blue, the lavendel flower mostly grown in the Nordic nature.

It has a unique and complex flavour composition. The double-fermentation creates a deep flavour composition with a slight sence of lavendel combined with notes of apple/citrus and some even ginger notes.

Hidcote Blue won the product price of the year nominated at Bornholm in Denmark in 2019 (Sol-over-Gudhjem).

Enjoy it everyday as appetizer together with nuts, olives and chips. It also works well with seafood, fish and other light dishes.

ROSA RUGOSA

This variant is infused with Rosa Rugosa, the most often found rose along Nordic beaches.

It has a unique flowery taste with notes close to that of a mild rosé vine. It has a pleasant nose of rose flower and a deeper tone of red berries and spices.

Rosa Rugosa adds an extra an enjoyment to the more or less sunny days on the balcony or the terrace. It goes well with desserts, cakes or other delicacies from the spring and summer gardens – like as an accompaniments to a nice bowl of strawberries.
